A: A preauthorization is a form that is sent to your insurance company so they can determine if a procedure or treatment maybe covered under your benefits and estimated cost associated with the procedure.
Q: How much is a checkup for a toothache?
A: An exam and x-ray is $60.00.
Q: How much does it cost to pull my tooth?
A: A simple extraction is $105 and a surgical extraction is $175

A: A complete cleaning for a new patient is $160.00.

A: Yes we do!
Q: How much is bleaching?
A: Our take home bleaching system includes a custom bleaching tray and 8 syringes of bleach is $175.00. Each syringe provides approximately 3 touch up bleaching. Approx. 24 at home bleaching total.
Q: Is it too late to cancel my appt?
A: We need a 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. If it is after our work hours when you realize you can not make your appointment just call and leave us a message.
Q: I’m moving, is it hard to obtain my records for my new dentist?
A: All you have to do is fill out and sign a release form. It’s that easy!

A: A root canal is treatment that is performed to save a tooth when decay has entered the nerve space when a tooth becomes necrotic due to trauma or when the tooth becomes infected.

A: There will be an injection to numb the teeth to prevent any pain during treatment.
